Huddled Group announce new supply chain deal

‘Step change’: Huddled Group partners with THG for fulfilment

Circular economy retail business Huddled Group has announced a partnership with THG Fulfil, The Hut Group (THG) Ingenuity division’s fulfilment and courier management solution.

As part of the deal, THG Fulfil will provide Huddled with fulfilment, courier management, and warehouse storage services to support the group’s demands for faster and reliable delivery to its customers. Through the partnership, Huddled’s brands have extending UK next-day delivery cut-off to 1am.

In a joint statement announcing the collaboration, the two companies said the migration of stock and fulfilment operations will be completed before the end of the third quarter of 2025.

Huddled will now also be able to use THG Ingenuity’s THG Studios facility, which will support the group in building live e-commerce sales opportunities.

The trio of brands operated by Huddled are Boop Beauty, DiscountDragon, and Nutricircle, and the aim of the group is to source and redistribute surplus goods to reduce waste in the FMCG supply chain and help consumers access products at low prices.

Martin Higginson, executive chairman of Huddled Group, commented: “This partnership represents a step-change in our ability to deliver circular economy solutions at scale.

“THG Ingenuity’s fulfilment capabilities rival Amazon’s – something we’ve aspired to since we started this business. The ability to process orders until 1am for same-day delivery is a dream for any e-commerce retailer.”

Tom Killeen, chief operating officer at THG Ingenuity, added: “Our collaboration will empower Huddled to deliver a truly market-leading customer experience, optimising their operations whilst leveraging our industry-leading capabilities, including 1am same-day delivery.”

He also hinted that working closely with Huddled gives THG a chance to match the business up with its other clients, potentially supporting their circular economy ambitions.

THG Fulfil recently announced further investment in automation, including the installation of 430 Libiao T-sorting robots at its Manchester warehouse facility, which it said could increase operational capacity by approximately 75%.
