Westfield London now has a Sojo

Fix & fit: Sojo and Westfield bring repairs to shopping centres

Fashion repairs and alterations service provider Sojo has opened a Fix & Fit shop at Westfield London and Westfield Stratford City, with another soon to arrive in Paris.

Although Sojo has a slot at department store Selfridges in London and is a favoured repair partner for retailers such as Reiss, this is the first permanent shopping centre shop for the company.

At Sojo Fix & Fit, consumers can book a tailoring, repair, or refitting services in store or online, helping keep their garments in circulation longer and – in some cases – diverting would-be waste back into people’s wardrobes. Sojo offers a variety of services from straightforward zip replacements to more detailed bespoke customisations of products.

According to Westfield’s latest ‘How We Shop: From Play To Purpose’ report, people are actively looking for additional ways to repair or refill products – highlighting a shift towards more environmentally conscious shopping behaviours.

Josephine Philips, founder & CEO of Sojo, remarked: “This is all about integrating a repair culture into the very heart of shopping.

“Clothes deserve to be loved, worn and re-worn, and we’re making it simpler than ever for people to embrace that.”

Katie Wyle, director of shopping centre management for Northern Europe at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, which runs the London shopping centres, said consumers are asking for “more sustainable, service-led retail experiences”.

She added: “Sojo Fix & Fit offers a smart and stylish solution to fashion longevity, perfectly aligned with Westfield’s commitment to shaping a more conscious retail future.

“With 59% of UK consumers seeking more reuse and repair options over the next five years, this partnership is both timely and essential.”

Sojo, which was a finalist in eBay’s Circular Fashion Innovator of the Year 2025, will be appearing at Westfield Les 4 Temps in Paris in due course. The opening date is yet to be confirmed.
