Oh Polly rental launches in the UK

Fashion for hire: Oh Polly rental comes to life

Oh Polly rental is now available in the UK thanks to a partnership with Hirestreet’s Zoa Rental division.

The UK-based fashion brand has made skiwear, occasionwear, and other clothing items available for hire – marketing to those on a budget or those who are eco conscious.

Oh Polly rental items – covering all sizes – can be hired for fees starting at £19 for four days. Working with Zoa means the Oh Polly rental service is neatly integrated into the brand’s own website.

The Glasgow-based fashion brand follows in the footsteps of several other retailers launching new rental propositions in alignment with the Christmas party season – including Charles Tyrwhitt and Nobody’s Child, which are both working with Zoa to offer their customers a rental option this Christmas.

Gant has also introduced a festive season rental range in association with another rental platform, Hurr.

Oh Polly has announced several initiatives over the last few years, aimed at helping the organisation become a greener operator.

In July, the company announced it is working with all-electric courier Packfleet to fulfil its online deliveries to customers in London and within the M25.

Packfleet talks up its use of technology as a way of supporting its sustainability mission, as consumers are able to access live map tracking so they can follow their parcel every step of the journey, and ensure there are no wasted trips.

Packfleet is set to handle all of Oh Polly’s orders within the M25, and Alix McShane, head of customer service at Oh Polly, said partnering with the courier “gives our customers in London a lot more control, as they’re able to select a one-hour delivery window and change their shipping address to suit”.

She remarked: “They also have access to advanced real-time tracking and instant support in the rare event something does go wrong.”
